M50激 活用于检查Renishaw模块。通过主轴旋转打开/关闭探 头电源，此时不需要M50。操作者可使用M50功能控制模块和探 头间的通信。特别注

意，电池电量低时，将显示信息。而没有出错时，触动探针也会发出声频信号。M50激 活，探 头电源打开或关闭时也会发出声频信号。M51用来抑 

制M50。

For a correct use of the probe it is anyway suggested to use functions L100 and L101 whose running is e x plained in the paragraph “Subprogra 

ms”.
